I’m not sure if the television is covering all of the convention’s activities.   The Party has put together an amazing amount of personal stories from Americans about why they are supporting Obama this November.

Last night, a few struck the crowd.

A lifelong Republican from North Carolina whose husband had severe health care issues which they could not afford.

Another proud Republican gentleman from a state who had lost his blue collar job.  After 31 years, he received 90 days severance pay when he lost that job.   his name?  Barney Smith.  And the line?  We need a President who will put Barney Smith before Smith Barney.
