A few friends were able to come to last night’s speech.

I sat on the floor with the California delegation.  As usual, folks wanted to sit with me which meant because I was first, I had to save seats for folks.  Of course, I didn’t have the best TV placement.   Remember, it is not about me, it’s about you and it’s about this country, right?  Apparently, I was on the Jumbotron two times.  One time I was profiled on stage with the Next President when he was in San Francisco a few months back.  Another time I was dancing.  On Wednesday, a few people told me I was on CNN.

Friends spotted Oprah, Mary J. Blige, Kanye West ( who had a great free concert, FYI) among others last night.
